Searching for a true move
Love True. Move Free
What is sftm?
SFTM trains your body to move with deeper intention, integrity, and individuality — helping you honor tradition while finding your truest expression inside it. Here, we don’t just learn moves— we use them to align our personal narratives with the liberating stories of the Bible, Hip-hop, House and other Panafrican cultures. By engaging with guided improvisations, kinetic games, journaling, and mediation you’ll leave with an emotional embodiment practice for the integration, transformation, and liberation of your mind and body.
